Get To Know Me
Hi, I’m Jordan!
I’m a full-time yoga instructor (RYT-500) and teacher trainer based in Denver, CO, with a deep passion for helping others find freedom, strength, and authenticity on—and off—the mat.
With over a decade of dedicated personal practice and nearly 1,000 hours of teaching experience in both the U.S. and India, my mission is to support you on your unique path—whether you’re just beginning your journey or ready to expand as a teacher.

My Journey
I found myself on my mat for the first time over a decade ago, initially drawn in by the physical aspects of the practice. But it didn’t take long to discover that yoga offered so much more—a powerful gateway to connect my mind and body on a deeper level. Through countless breakthroughs (and breakdowns), my mat became a mirror, a refuge, and a reminder of my inner strength.
That transformative experience sparked a desire to guide others home to themselves. I earned my 200-hour certification in February 2023 and later completed my advanced 300-hour training in India, where my relationship with yoga deepened beyond what I could’ve imagined.
Now at 23, I’ve stepped fully into the role of teacher and space holder, having led over 800 classes for thousands of students around the world. My journey has taken me across the globe and back again, continually expanding through additional trainings in hands-on assists, yin yoga, self-myofascial release, and breathwork facilitation.
Through movement, stillness, and the energy that connects us all, I continue to explore what it means to live this practice—and I’m honored to walk alongside you on your path.
Teaching Style
I see movement as body poetry—an expressive language through which we deepen our relationship with ourselves. My classes blend creative sequencing with a thoughtful balance of familiarity and exploration, guiding students through intentional flows that invite both strength and fluidity.
With innovative transitions, dynamic movement patterns, and purposeful peak postures, I encourage students to expand their physical range while cultivating ease and presence.
Rooted in somatic awareness, my teaching emphasizes tuning into the subtleties of sensation, fostering self-trust, curiosity, and embodied listening. Through breath-led movement, I hold space for students to ground into the present moment and reconnect with their inner knowing.
Whether you're craving a playful challenge or a nourishing release, my classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are—offering a transformative and deeply personal experience.
